E le scogliere?
Se cerchi le scogliere a picco sul mare, i faraglioni e la spiaggetta con i surfisti, con la strada sinuosa che si snoda sopra tutto questo, non le cercare in Spagna. Quando arrivi a San Sebastian, prosegui verso la Francia, vai a Hendaye, St-Jean-de-Luz, Biarritz. Lì trovi le scogliere. E tutto il resto.
E' quello che ho fatto stamattina, andando fino a Biarritz e tornando poi a San Sebastian. In verità anche Donostia (in lingua basca) ha belle spiagge e la città merita di starci almeno un paio di giorni, anche per avere il tempo di visitare qualcuno dei tanti bacari autentici che riempiono la parte vecchia.
Ed ora di nuovo in Francia, sulla strada del ritorno, a un centinaio di km da Tolosa. Ancora campagna francese, distese di granoturco e viti.
Spagna-Francia-Spagna-Francia, nel giro di una mattina. Il mio sistema neuronale di gestione dei percorsi è andato in tilt?
