Omletta Greta Garbo
Fa' uno strato di pasta genovese e riempilo di ghiaccio rosa. Coprilo con meringa e mettilo a dorare velocemente. Poco prima di servire, versa un bicchiere di kirsch sbattuto nella meringa e accendilo. Da mangiare sempre da soli in una stanza a lume di candela.
