Burgos
La bella campagna dell'Aquitania ha lasciato il posto, come una risacca verde, al secco che precede i Pirenei. Lì, salendo, paesaggi alpini e profumo di noccioli e abeti.
Ieri prima notte in Spagna, dalle parti di Jaca. Per trovare una specie di rifugio segnalato da una guida, tocca fare una quindicina di km per strade sterrate! E' di una bretone, ecologista e vegetariana e dentro sembra una casa tibetana. La cena è assolutamente vegetariana e termina con un infuso di erbe preso in una stanza ancora più orientale. Vado a letto un po' triste pensando al maiale che ho in adozione con un amico...
Oggi Pamplona, poi Vitoria Gasteiz ed ora Burgos, lasciando per qualche giorno i Paesi Baschi. Stasera cercherò di rifarmi con una vera cena castigliana.
Poche moto in Francia e poche anche in Spagna. Chissà. E scrivere con il pennino sull'Ipaq dopo dieci ore di moto è da dementi...
