Quattro giorni quasi sempre sotto la pioggia, ma ne è valsa la pena.
Grandi birre, tranquillità, ospitalità. E cucina deliziosa.
Ho trovato anche una piccola guida di tutte i Privaten Brauereigasthof, cioè le birrerie storiche tedesche. Hanno anche un web.
In Germania i Braugasthof sono il punto di ritrovo per residenti e ospiti, sono radicati profondamente nella loro regione, nella quale da sempre la gente beve la birra della "sua" birreria.
Qui in Italia invece abbiamo i "pub", che stanno ai Braugasthof come il McDonals all'Harry's Bar.
Ah, prima o poi spiegherò perchè i viaggi in moto, anche se scomodi, sono un'altra cosa rispetto a quelli in auto. Prima o poi...
