Destino crudele
E' proprio un destino Crudele. Ma anche un po' ironico.
Anche per Finmatica, nel suo piccolo, c'è qualche punto in comune con Parmalat.
Banche e bond.
Ma in più ci sono anche degli aspetti curiosi, sia se si guarda oggi alla pubblicità di Finmatica ("il futuro sarà selvaggio") che prevedeva quello che sta in effetti accadendo nel mercato, sia se si considera il business dell'azienda.
Ovvero applicazioni software per le banche, come "il Sistema Informativo Strategico Strategic Information System (Sis), focalizzato all'efficienza e alla produttività della banca, che comprende il controllo di gestione, il monitoraggio del rischio sia strategico che operativo, il Reporting alle autorità di Vigilanza, la Contabilità Generale e il Marketing Strategico".
In pratica Finmatica forniva alle banche gli strumenti perché si accorgessero del rischio strategico rappresentato da Finmeccanica stessa come cliente delle banche. Non male.
E ora, dopo Parmalat e Finmatica, aspettiamoci presto qualche altra piccola scossa nel mercato. Magari anche in quello della new economy?
Per fortuna che la Finanziaria 2004 ha previsto di detassare integralmente le spese sostenute dalle spa che facciano accesso in borsa. Fatevi sotto.
