Isabel in arrivo a Cape Fear.
Raccontiamogli la trama:
Cape Fear rappresenta la prima incursione nel thriller per Martin Scorsese, coinvolto nel progetto dall'amico, nonché vero e proprio attore feticcio, Robert De Niro. Nick Nolte interpreta Sam un facoltoso avvocato che dopo quattordici anni si ritrova a fare i conti con Max Cady (De Niro), violento stupratore di cui fu il difensore. Cady è infatti convinto che Sam nascose delle prove che avrebbero potuto alleggerire la sua pena ed è deciso a vendicarsi con ogni mezzo su di lui e sulla sua famiglia. Ma quello che Sam non si aspetta è che Cady, durante gli anni di carcere, ha studiato legge ed è in grado di preparare la sua vendetta impedendogli di trovare una via di fuga legale, imprigionandolo in un incubo che potrà avere una sola conclusione...
