Phone call

Dear members of the Italian Parlament, I want to tell you that yesterday I was called by President Bush (or maybe I called him, I can’t remember right now). He told me that he is very sorry for the death of Calipari. I answered: don’t worry George, I am very sorry too, but a little accident like that cannot compromise our strong friendship. Then he had to go work – you know, he has a very important job to do for the happiness all over the world – and he said bye bye. I wish he had said something else, like «I love you». He didn’t, but I am sure that it is what he was thinking.
